Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and applies to all hosting and managed services (“Services”) provided by Pixel Networks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17429332, with its registered office at Siu Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, England, E1 5NF (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.

2.1. You may only use our Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and this AUP.

2.2. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for any content you store, host, or transmit using our Services.

2.3. You must not use our Services in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party.

3.1. You must not store, host, or distribute content that is unlawful in the United Kingdom or in any jurisdiction in which it is accessible, including:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or material likely to be considered indecent images of children.
• Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates terrorism, violence, or hatred.
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software.
• Phishing, fraud, scam, pyramid, or Ponzi schemes.
• Material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Pirated software or media, or tools designed to circumvent licensing or security protections.
• Controlled substances or prescription goods sold without the required authorisation.

4.1. You must not send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or engage in any other abusive email practices.

4.2. Outbound SMTP is blocked by default on all services to prevent abuse and spam. It may be unblocked upon request and our approval, subject to a justified business need and compliance with this AUP.

4.3. Any permitted email you send must include accurate sender information, a working unsubscribe mechanism where required by law, and must comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) 2003.

5.1. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure or any third-party system.

5.2. You must not launch denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, brute-force, port-scanning, or other disruptive attacks from or against our network.

5.3. You must not bypass, interfere with, or avoid any security, rate-limiting, or abuse-detection measure we operate.

5.4. You must keep any software you install up to date with security patches and take reasonable steps to secure your account credentials and server.

6.1. We may investigate any suspected breach of this AUP and cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other relevant bodies.

6.2. If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your Services in accordance with the Terms, or take such other action as we consider appropriate, without prejudice to our other rights.

6.3. Where required by applicable law, we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
