Pixel Networks Group Limited, registered in England and Wales (fictional registration number 12345678, for illustration only), operates the MyPixel platform.

02 What we collect

We only ever collect information that you provide directly through the platform, such as:

Account and billing details needed to provide hosting services;
Contact details you submit when opening a support ticket;
Sign-in and security logs, including device and IP information.

03 How we use it

Your information is used to operate MyPixel: providing services, generating invoices, handling support requests, and keeping the platform secure.

04 Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with processors required to run the platform, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

05 Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing.
