MyPixel is a management and billing platform through which Pixel Networks clients administer their hosting services. Feature availability is described on the relevant product pages.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify support promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
Services are billed in advance on the stated cycle. Invoices are due on the date shown; failing to settle on time may result in suspension of services. Descriptions of billing defaults are illustrative during beta.
You agree to use services in line with applicable law and not to engage in activity that may compromise the security, availability, or reputation of the platform or other customers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for services in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
